PREPARING YOUR HOME FOR SALE

GETTING YOUR HOME READY TO SELL

Preparing your home for the market will reap rewards, and that preparation starts on the outside.  Curb appeal is the first impression perspective buyers wills see when they pull up to view your home.

First impressions are formed in only 6 seconds by a perpective Buyer, so make them count.

Many Sellers prepare their home on the inside, whether it’s cleaning, reorganizing or staging, but let’s not forget the outside.

The WOW factor starts with great curb appeal.
